LEVELS OF MASTERY
In your app you will need to list your degree of mastery over each power and skill you include. This is so we all have a similar understanding of just how good your character will be. It helps us leave room for all young characters to grow and improve as they mature on TTF. Plus it also helps give everyone an idea of how a sparing match between characters might turn out. All skills and powers are ranked on a scale of 1 to 5.

Level 1 - 1 years experiance - Beginner
Level 2 - 2 years experiance - Intermediate
Level 3 - 3 years experiance - Advanced
Level 4 - 4 years experiance - Professional
Level 5 - 5 years experiance - Master

Level 2 - 2 years experiance - Intermediate

Meet Steve. 11 years old. 3 years experience with Kung Fu, born with power of Explosive Farts. With 3 years practice with Kung Fu Steve should have a Level 3 Mastery. With 11 years experience with Explosive Farts Steve should have a Level 4 Mastery. However as Steve is only 11, the maximum Mastery he can have for both powers and skills is Level 2. Thus Steve has Level 2 Kung Fu and Level 2 Explosive Farts Mastery.

Meet Betty. 45 years old. 20 years experience with Hacking, 5 years experience with Luck Manipulation. With 20 years practice with Hacking Betty should have a Level 5 Mastery of Hacking. With 5 years experience with Luck Manipulation Betty should have a Level 3 Mastery. Thus Betty is a Level 5 Master of Hacking and has a Level 3 Mastery of Luck Manipulation.

Meet Horatio. 17 years old. 2 years experience with Swag, gained Shapeshifting at age 4. With 2 years practice with Swag Horatio should have a Level 2 Mastery. With 13 years experience with Shapeshifting Horatio should have a Level 4 Mastery. However as Horatio is only 17, the maximum Mastery he can have for both powers and skills is Level 3. Thus Horatio has Level 2 Swag and Level 3 Shapeshifting Mastery.
